Interstate has consistently been recognized by industry and community organizations honors over the years.

	The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority awarded Interstate its 2001 Blue Diamond Quality First Award, distinguishing Interstate as a business "that provides high quality customer service above and beyond industry standards."
	The U.S Department of Defense awarded Interstate the Surface Defense and Deployment Command's Quality Award for Customer Service for the SIXTH time. Interstate remains the only van-line to have ever received this award and the only company in the midst of hundreds to do it six times.
	Interstate maintains the distinction of being the only NINE-TIME, 1st Place SAFETY AWARD winner - in all three safety categories - Safety Initiative, Fleet Safety and Most Improved Fleet Safety - from the American Moving and Storage Association.
	The U.S. General Services Administration, the transportation industry's second largest customer, has presented Interstate with the highest Customer Satisfaction Index(CSI). Interstate has maintained one of the highest levels of a CSI since it started in the GSA program in 1996.
	Interstate maintains an ISO certification of 9001-2000 for all entities and facilities.
