(Springfield, VA) Interstate Worldwide Relocation announced the recipients of their 2004 Employee of the Year awards. The 'Top Hat' team members are recognized for outstanding service in specified categories based upon a unique and thorough evaluation process. Over 40% of this process is based on the customer's feedback. The remaining measures to determine eligibility are adherence to corporate policy as well as productivity and managerial evaluations. The recipients, who are from Interstate's Springfield, VA and Landover, MD locations, were as follows:
