Interstate Announces New Marketing Coordinator

Klein joined Interstate after graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelors degree in English and Communications. She will work directly on advertising, marketing and public relations activities for the company, with a focus on the company's web sites.

Klein worked at Leadership Fairfax, Inc. (LFI) from 2001-2002, serving as the Public Relations/Marketing intern in 2001 with a central focus on managing the awards nomination and application process for the Northern Virginia Leadership Awards. She also coordinated LFI's annual fundraising gala (attendance of approximately 550) and the production of LFI's monthly newsletter. In 2002, she served as the Assistant to the Manager of Events/PR Coordinator, and managed preparations for numerous board meetings and a Board of Directors retreat.
